JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Account Manager at bvoip you are the relationship specialist that will inspire our partners! In this role you will serve to fulfill our promise of truly supporting our partners and strive to make it even easier for them to work with bvoip and grow their businesses.. Account Managers are responsible for taking our partners through the process of identifying potential customers and helping close deals quickly and simply. You will also be the key contacts for all things bvoip. Our goal is to build an organization of intelligent, ambitious, Partner Account Managers who are committed to our vision of changing the partner sales and software experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in Account Management.  You will use your communication skills to establish first contact and cultivate strong relationships with customers. If you are self motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

This position can be remote which means you need to have high speed internet and viable computer.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trusting relationships with our partners and clients
  • Leverage your ability to train, mentor, and develop partners in order to win business in a growing and exciting industry
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Work with partners to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Manage opportunity pipeline against Sales objectives/metrics to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Work with Partners to present our company to potential clients and assist them in closing deals
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Resolve and mediate any issues by bringing other company resources or members into the mix

  • Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Solid internet research skills
  • A passion for learning new things quickly and a strong technical aptitude
  • A tenacious self-starter with a drive to succeed

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience with a demonstrated record of success, preferably in the software or IT industry
  • Recent experience working with partners and re-sellers.
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape
  • Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
  • Proven history of achieving sales quotas and understanding of sales performance metrics
  • A fun, creative approach and you’re not afraid to be honest and straight forward.
  • Awesome communication skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • Experience presenting to MSPs as well as end user partners an asset.
