    Nobody is perfect, including Microsoft. Microsoft's 365 and Azure platforms are rapidly growing, and at times may have problems. With the hybrid voice deployment with bvoip, if for some reason Microsoft is having issues your phone system, will continue to work. 

    • Backup softphone and mobile phone apps
    • Non-proprietary Teams phones will continue to ring
    • Calls will continue to go through your normal call flow
    • You can have a backup voicemail system kick in

    With bvoip's hybrid deployment model you can pick and choose which users stay on the back end phone system and which users connect to Teams Voice. This flexibility can dramatically lower your costs. 

    • Select each extension that connects to Teams and which stay outside of Teams Voice
    • You can dial between Teams Voice and Non-Teams Voice users
    • Avoid extra Microsoft Licensing unless you really need it
    • Choose between per user or channel based pricing, which allows you to oversubscribe and lower costs. This is great in scenarios where you have a lot of devices or extensions.
