For the last several years, BVoIP has worked hard to bring you best-in-class integration to MSP and IT centric solutions since that's where BVoIP came from, an MSP.
Today, 3CX released a ConnectWise integration of their own. You can find their blog posting here. I'm sure it comes at no surprise that several BVoIP partners have inquired as to what this integration means for BVoIP as the 3CX provided integration is available for "free" as part of 3CX Pro Edition.
In an effort to be up front and transparent (which is how we like to do things) we have no problem with 3CX taking a stab at building integration into their solution and invite you to investigate what their integration does in this case. I believe what you will find is for companies that heavily utilize ConnectWise that is may not reach the bar set by BVoIP's ConnectWise Integration.
