ConnectWise Cloud vs On-Prem

3CX's Integration has only tested their plugin on ConnectWise Cloud not ConnectWise On-Premise

ConnectWise Certification

3CX's integration is ConnectWise is not certified by ConnectWise which means it has not undergone any validation by ConnectWise nor is supported by ConnectWise. Support for this integration can only be obtained via 3CX. Also, since this integration is not supported or certified by ConnectWise when ConnectWise releases new updates, changes, modifications to their platform it will be incumbent on 3CX to keep up with those changes on their own.

ConnectWise Web Client vs .NET (Fat)Client

3CX's integration only works with the ConnectWise Web Client and does not Work with the .NET or (Fat) Client.

Windows vs. Mac Support

3Cx's integration only works on Windows and does not have support for Mac

ConnectWise Opportunity Integration

3CX's integration does not have any Opportunity integration with ConnectWise

ConnectWise Service Ticket Integration

3CX's integration does not have any Service Ticket integration with ConnectWise
