We are looking to add Technical Support Staff to our growing team. This role would be especially good if you have worked in an MSP help desk or vendor in the IT industry supporting MSPs.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in networking, customer support, and hands on VoIP technology. You will use your communication skills to establish first contact and cultivate strong relationships with customers. If you are self motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
This position can be remote which means you need to have high speed internet and viable computer.
Responsibilities
- Fielding phone, email, chat, and ticket support request submissions
- Ability to deliver top-quality technical service to clients
- Demonstrated excellent resource and time management skills
- Strong communication skills - written and oral
- Must be an excellent troubleshooter and problem solver
- Must be highly productive and collaborative
- Proficient in documentation

Required Skills
- 1+ years experience in customer support, tech support, customer success role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
- Proven track record of problem solving
- A fun, creative approach and you’re not afraid to be honest and straight forward.
- Experience in SaaS / MSP preferred.
- Awesome communication skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
Are there bonus points?
Yes! We'll give your application extra credit if you have one or more of these:
- A year or two+ in any type of technical VoIP role.
- Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage
- Previous history in Software Support in the IT Services or MSP industry
