bvoip has released an updated revision to our standard Yealink phone provisioning template.
Changes you can expect in this template are:
- A general cleanup from prior PBX versions where old template parameters are no longer needed
- We have enabled the ability to allow phones to pick up "soft changes" without being rebooted or re-provisioned on an interval (every 2-3 hours or so)
- We have also started coded templates for a future facing effort we we can detect template versions on a mass scale so you can keep your templates in line across multiple accounts from the bvoip partner portal.
The models that apply to this new template revision are:
T19P, T19, T21P, T21, T23P, T23G, T27P, T27G, T29G, T40P, T40G, T41S, T41P, T42S, T42G, T46S, T46G, T52S, T54S, T53, T53W
All new accounts will have these updated templates automatically.
