Due to the "Bank Holiday" everywhere outside of the United States and in observance of the Easter Holiday, BVoIP will run on an adjusted live support schedule on Friday March 30, 2018.
 
  • We will be running on a "reduced staff" on Friday and any overnight migrations Thursday night into Friday morning will have to be re-scheduled for another time. Issues / questions that come through our support system that are lower in priority will get pushed to Monday.
  • Our weekend on-call status will remain the same. At all times, we are available for emergency technical support by calling any of our office numbers (select 1 when prompted and leave a message which will be routed to the on-call technician).  
  • We will return to a full staff compliment on Monday April 2nd, 2018.
