Senario: You have an internal extension, ring group, call queue, or system extension that you don't want external callers to get to from the auto attendant or IVR. 

Example: You have a paging group (ring group with paging strategy) setup and by accident an outside caller "guessed" the ring group extension and now are talking on speaker phone on all the devices in said group. 

Answer: There is a custom field "underneath the hood" that BVoIP support can populate with the extension numbers that you want to prevent dialing to from an auto attendant or IVR. 

Please put in a support request with the extension numebrs and we can make the changes for you. 

Please note that a sevices restart is required to process these changes.
