You can always log into and out of queues via the Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS apps but how about a simple way to go log in and out of queues without the apps?

 

 

  • Setup a new extension or modify an extension extension. On the general tab put your outside number in the "mobile number field"

When you are a member (agent) of a call queue, you can use the below dial codes to log in/out
*62 - Log in to call queues
*63 - Log out to call queues

These dial codes are configurable in the Cloud PBX Management Console under Settings -> PBX -> Dial Codes tab
