This is a a common Gotcha when setting Holiday Schedules in the PBX settings...This is something that pops up more around holiday seasons as it's a common request to change what would be a normal work day into a special holiday greeting or simply to make sure someone calls in and gets the "office is closed" message.

In V12, Under Settings, General, Confiugre Holidays

In V14, Under Settings, PBX, Configure Holidays

You need to follow this order to make sure your holiday actually saves!

1. Name your holiday (make sure to spell it correctly unlike our example)

2. Put in your date (if it's the same day every year you could EACH in the drop down instead of the year). If you want a special greeting instead of your normal closed autoattenant message you could import it but pressing the ADD button right underneath the year field.

3. Click on ADD button next to 3 under the word Prompt

4. Press OK in the holiday schedule window (See 4)

5. MAKE SURE TO PRESS OK on the regular settings page to totally save the holiday schedule changes. That get's people almost every time!
