- Ability to Upload and Release via Teams App Store or Teams Admin Center
- Single Sign-On via Users Microsoft 365 Account User Matched to Phone System Extension
- Visibility of all phone system users regardless of Teams or Microsoft 365 account or license.
- Ability to see user or extension presence (who is available or actively in a call)
- Ability to make internal or external calls while still routing calls through the Teams Voice Softphone
- Ability to group extensions or users and dock at top of app
