While it’s ringing, productively review your history or if they're not already in the CRM add them with ease by creating a new lead/contact in Autotask right from the popup!
 

Start recognizing your callers

Start each call off with context. No more: “What’d you say your name is?”, “What company are you with?”, or “Where’d we leave off?”. The BVoIP popup will load relevant information from Autotask such as who it is, your previous activities (calls, emails, notes, etc).
 

Better Follow Ups

Always know the next step to close that deal by keeping yourself and colleagues in the loop. With our intelligent note box, you can make following up and collaborating incredibly easy. Typing something like "Follow up next week" will create a new "Task" in Autotask. You can even @mention one of your users that were imported from Autotask, and BVoIP will automatically create an event for you and anyone included in the note.
