      The Progressive Dialer Dashboard

      This article will provide a walkthrough on the Progressive Dialer dashboard in 1Stream.

      1Stream Level Feature Notice

      This feature is available for only Power level 1Stream users and up. If you would like this feature to be available, then please reach out to your bvoip Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing. 

      What is the Progressive Dialer? 

      The Progressive Dialer is a tool available to Power licensed 1Stream users. As a 1Stream Administrator, you will be able to monitor the dialing list as end users answer calls, track the last actions and adjust the dialing list as needed.

      1. Log into the 1Stream portal. 
      2. Go to Administration.

      3. Click on Dialer Jobs/Campaigns from the drop-down. The Dashboard will appear. In this dashboard, 1Stream Administrators will be able to see Dialer Progress, Received Calls, Dialed Calls, Remaining Calls and the Last Activity on any campaign.
