Using Client Call Dispositions
This article will provide a walkthrough on how end users can use the client call dispositions feature in 1Stream.
1Stream Level Feature Notice
This feature is available for only Power level 1Stream users and up. If you would like this feature to be available, then please reach out to your bvoip Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.
What is a Client Call Disposition?
The Client Call Disposition function allows for pre-selected notation on the outcome of a call to be selected, saving time on repetitive call notes for agents. During a call, there will be a Call Disposition pop-up that will appear for end users enrolled to use them.

Using Client Call Dispositions
- Log into the 1Stream client.
- Go to the Disposition drop-down during the call.
- Select the desired Disposition option.
- Click the Save button.
The disposition will save into call notes.
