How to Park Calls through BLF Keys
This article will provide a walkthrough on how to park single calls as well as pick up a parked call in the bvoip phone system using BLF.
Haven't Set Up Shared Parking for BLF Keys Yet?

Call Parking
If a call needs to be parked and then picked up from another extension, the call can be parked in a Parking orbit and then picked up from another extension.
How a call is placed in park dictates how shared parking will be used.
If through set BLF Keys, the call must be parked and picked up through BLF Keys.
If through Dial Codes, the call must be parked and picked up through Dial Codes.

While on an active call on a provisioned device, click on an open SP BLF Key. This will park the call in the selected Shared Parking spot.
Picking Up a Parked Call with a Provisioned Device
Select the SP BLF Key where the call is parked from the provisioned device, and this will pick up the parked call.
