How to Transfer Calls to a Voicemail Box
This article will provide a walkthrough on how to directly transfer calls to voicemail boxes directly in the bvoip phone system.
Transferring to Voicemail
In order to reach the voicemail for a specific voicemail and leave a message, dial star, the 4 key and then the desired extension number.
The format should look like this : *4{extention number}
As an example, if you wished to leave a voicemail in extension 100's voicemail box, you would dial*4100.
