Dial-In Conferencing: DID/DDI Inbound Rule Setup

This article will provide a walkthrough on how to configure an Inbound Rule for Dial-In Conferencing within the bvoip phone system.

Setting up the Dial-In via Inbound Rule

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Go to Call Flow > Inbound Rules in the top navigation bar.
   
3. Edit an existing inbound rule or create a new one by following our Setting Inbound Call Rules article. 
4. Scroll down to the Route calls to section.
5. Select the Extension option from the drop-down both the during and outside office hours destinations.
6. Set the destination to 700 (This will be 70 or 7000 if you're using 2 or 4-digit extensions)
   
7. Test out the phone number and you should be prompted for a conference ID.
