Keen on Polycom Devices? No Problem We Have You Covered

Here at BVoIP we receive many inquires about whether we have the ability to work with Polycom SoundPoint and VVX phones. While 3CX, our core PBX platform, does not reccomend Polycom devices (espeically when remotely connected) we absolutely support most of the Polycom models. Why Polycom (now part of Mitel)? Polycom is currently #1 most deployed VoIP handset worldwide. They are followed by of our other supported device manufacturers Yealink. Many BVoIP partners have migrated from other platforms where Polycom was the "go-to" device of choice. 

We have custom templates and full HTTPS provisioning support as well as firmware updating control across all supported models of Polycom. With the advent of our new Unifed Management & Provisioning Platform, we now have the ability to Zero Touch Provision Polycom devices meaning phones can be provisioned and updated remotely out of the box without manual intervention (except for models on an older firmware version prior to 2012).
