HALO is a newer offering that offers three different options based on where you sit in the IT spectrum. bvoip has built easy integration via our 1Stream Integration Platform to any of the HALO offerings.

  • Very simple and easy to enable integration
  • Granular activation company wide or granular user selection
  • Options to set ticket settings with HALO
    • Option to Show "New Call" Option on Tickets Screen to Log a new call manually
    • Option to Create New Customers on Call Screen
    • Show new ticket screen when completing a call
    • Prompt for call script to automatically run on the Call Screen
    • Use HALO Call Timer
    • Create a new /Call tab when clicking on a phone number
    • If a call number is unmatched, assign it as a work number for the chosen end user if not set
