Philadelphia, PA, June 22, 2025 – 1Stream powered by bvoip announced today that it launched 7 AI Powered agents designed for IT, Helpdesk, and Managed Services Providers. These new agents are designed to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and build consistently in the day-to-day workflow of a technology services organization. 

The seven AI powered agents are the following:

1. Intelligent Call Routing Agent - Automatic inbound call and chat routing based on Caller ID, Pin Number, Ticket Number, Territory, Contact Title / Role
2. Ticket Triage Agent - Automatic New ticket creation and/or update to existing ticket on inbound call, text, chat interaction

4. Person Assistant Agent - Automatically prompt inbound callers to leave a message or request a call back at the individual user level if user isn't available
5. Compliance Recording Agent - Automatically prepend compliance message and/or compliance beep on all inbound / outbound real time calls
6. Auto Reply Agent - Automatically send SMS text message reply on any missed calls or message receipt
7. Post Call AI Analysis Agent - Automatically analyze inbound / outbound call interactions and append Summary, Full Transcription, Next Steps, Follow up, Sentiment Score, Coaching tips along with recorded audio to CRM, ERP, PSA, or Ticketing system 

In addition to these functions, 1Stream now add OpenAI to it's full call and voicemail transcription options in addition to Azure, Google, & Amazon.
