A LITTLE CONNECTION, A LOT OF COMMUNITY, AND SOME GOOD WILL!

If there is anything the Channel prides itself on, it is the sense of community. We can collectively agree that the Channel is a special sandbox, where we all look out for one another - it goes beyond the day-to-day job. In fact, we can even argue that the thing we all miss most about in-person events is the connections.

We're talking about the connections you make while you play catch-up with a friend that you may not have seen for some time over a drink at the lobby bar. We're talking about the new connections you establish with the newbies in the industry. It is the same face-to-face connections we reminisce over the Happy Hour Zoom Calls nowadays.

OUTDOOR EVENT SERIES WITH A CAUSE

RV

One Channel. One Community. One Family.

Some of your favorite Channel vendors have banded together to tour the nation in an RV to celebrate our community in the great outdoors. Yes, that's right. We're coming to select cities to check in on your progress, ask how your area has been impacted, and what tips you have to weather the storm.

Join us for an outdoor and in-person (socially distanced and following CDC guidelines, of course) MSP community celebration!

FOOD DRIVE

One Can, Two Can, Who Can? You Can.

When we said this outdoor event series was meant to bring the community to the streets - we meant it! During the entire tour, we will be spearheading a massive food drive, in which the donations will be given to local food banks we pass in each region.

In order to help our efforts, we are asking all attendees to bring at least two (2) non-perishable food items. There will be a dedicated food donation bin where you can drop your items off right at check-in.

FAQ

-
How do I register and what's the cost of admission?
You must be invited by one of the sponsoring vendors that have come to put this tour together. Each invited attendee must register ahead of time, and all tickets must be completed online so we can minimize contact between vendors and attendees. Having a ticket does not guarantee admission.

Please Note: If you've been invited, please bring 2 canned items for our food drive in efforts to donate to the local food banks in the area.
-
What should I expect?
You can expect some outdoor fun, grub, beverages, and good ole' fun playing catch-up and networking with some of your favorite Channel colleagues.

We'll also be interviewing some of the attendees to check in on their progress, how their areas have been affected, and what tips they have to weather the storm. Follow us online to stay up-to-date!

* To ensure a safe and secure environment, all attendees are required to wear face coverings.
-
What precautions are being taken?
We are following all CDC guidelines.

All attendees will be required to wear face coverings during the event and maintain social distancing. We will have some disposable masks available on-site. Hand sanitizer will also be available for use.

Members of our traveling party have made sure to test themselves before hitting the road, and they have all tested negative. We will continue to follow proper protocols throughout the trip.
-
Is this indoors or outdoors?
Every city and stop will be held outdoors in a local and approved MSP-friendly parking lot.
-
Do I have to wear a mask to attend the event?
Yes. Per CDC guidelines, we require everyone to wear a face covering for the entire duration of the event.
-
How are you sanitizing?
All of our items and events are outdoors. Anything we have with us is being cleaned before display.
-
Where are you donating the food items you're collecting?
We're donating the items we've received for admission to local food banks we pass in each region.
