What Happens if I Run Out of Lines?
This article will address what happens when you run out of call lines on your BVoIP phone system.
Ordering Lines
When ordering your phone system, there will be a set limit of simultaneous calls that can occur at one time. We recommend having 4 lines per extension user to prevent shortage issues.
Need to Upgrade?
If you need more lines, then reach out to your bvoip Sales Representative.
Exceeding Lines
When the set number of lines is exceeded, any additional calls will not go through. For inbound calls, there will be a busy signal heard. For outbound calls, there will be a recording that informs the caller that the limit of their phone system has been reached and to contact the system administrator.
