Using Marked Titles in 1Stream

This article explains what marked titles are and how to set them up on the 1Stream platform.

What is a Marked Title for?

The Marked Titled feature in 1Stream is intended to give a clients a method of highlighting clients with specific titles so that Call Agents are able to have more visibility for VIP based instances. 

How to Create A Marked Title 

  1. Log into the 1Stream Portal.
  2. Go to the Administration menu.

  3. Choose the Manage Organization option. The page will refresh.
  4. Scroll down to the Marked Contact Titles section.

  5. Click the green circled + button. The Add New Marked Contact Title pop-up will appear.

  6. In the Title field, add the title.
  7. Click the Save button.

The titles will then  be listed in the Marked Contact Titles section. Additionally, when looking at a contact in the 1Stream desktop application, the selected titles will be highlighted in red.

Once the titles have been added, the specified titles will be highlighted in the 1Stream client.
