Using Event Logs
This article will provide a walkthrough on where to find event logs in the bvoip phone system.
What to Expect in the Event Log
Event Logs will cover phone system actions, which are less granular than the activity log.
Where to Find Event Logs
- Log into the bvoip phone system.
- Click on the Dashboard drop-down menu.
- Go to the Overview subsection.
- Scroll over to the PBX Status section.
- Click on the Event Log button. The Screen will refresh, displaying the logs.
Filtering Logs
The amount of logs able to be seen can be adjusted by the number of rows shown, in addition to being able to be filter event log data by:
- Warnings
- Errors
- Informational
Additionally, to ensure the quality of the data shown, event log data can also be exported.
