Teams Rate Plan Portal
This article will provide a walkthrough on how to sign-up for a Per User pricing in the SIPTrunk.com portal.
The Teams rate plan is not specific to the Microsoft Team integration, but it is meant for those whom wish to use a Per User based pricing model.
If you are not wanting to user Per User Pricing on your SIP service, then please refer to our link on where to sign up for Per Channel and Minutes based pricing.
Signing up for the Teams Rate Plan
A Notice for Resellers
If your client is looking to use the Per User pricing and you are using the SIPTrunk portal for minutes and channel pricing, a new SIPTrunk reseller account will need to be created with the instructions below and a different email address than your other SIPTrunk account.
- Go to the Per User Pricing Page.
- Sign up for the account as requested on the webpage.
- Log into SIP Trunk's site here.
Note: If it is your first time logging in, there will be a prompt to establish a permanent password after the first login. - Sign the Partner Agreement, if this is your first time logging in.
Once logged in and the Partner Agreement has been signed, you can begin creating new customers and submitting orders as needed.

If you are a brand new bvoip partner setting up your internal phone system, you can now convert your SIPTrunk.com account from a Demo to Live account to begin setting up your SIP Trunk.
If you are a bvoip partner bringing on a new customer, you can now begin creating customers and submitting new orders for customers within SIPTrunk.com.
