1Stream Level Feature Notice
This feature is available for only Engage level 1Stream users and up. If you would like this feature to be available, then please reach out to your bvoip Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.
Use Case
Some portions of 1Stream such as the PIN Verification Tool send out SMS communications, and you can leverage an external provider if you don't want to use the built-in bvoip provided numbers. Do note that by doing so, additional consumption-based charges may apply and you should review your provider's billing statement regularly.
These can be setup under the Connected Accounts and CRM Settings section, with each provider prefaced with SMS.
