Siptrunk.com Auto Discovery Setting
This article will provide tips on how to ensure that the Auto Discovery setting is enabled on setups with SIPTrunk.com.
SIPTrunk Troubleshoot
- Log into the bvoip phone system.
- Click on the Call Flow drop-down menu.
- Go to the SIP Trunks subsection.
- Select the edit button for the desired SIP Trunk.
- Navigate to the General tab.
- Scroll down to the Trunk Details section.
- Click on the Auto Discovery boxes if not already selected.
- Click on the Save button.
Additional Setting Adjustment
In some cases, you will need to confirm with SIPTrunk.com if the outbound proxy should be set to gw1 or gw2.
