Silent Installation of Phone System Software
This article will provide information on deploying the phone system software silently for mass deployment.
Why Mass Deployment?
Automation is often desired when an application is needing to be deployed to a large number of PCs. These examples can be used in batch files; or you may have access to tools that utilize silent switches, such as RMM software.
Note: The Softphone Application will require .Net Framework 4.
Phone System Windows Application
- You will find a download link to the phone system softphone in your welcome email. This should provide the latest version available.
- Use the following switches to silently install the phone system softphone:

1Stream Client
- You will find the 1Stream installer file in your 1Stream welcome email (separate from the extension welcome email) or by clicking Administration, then Downloads in your 1Stream portal
- Use the following switch to silently install the 1Stream client:
