Setting Billing Notifications for SIPTrunk.com Accounts

This article will provide a walkthrough on how to add billing notifications on a SIPTrunk.com account.

Why Set a Notification? 

By default, there is no one attached as a billing contact for SIPTrunk.com accounts. If you wish to receive billing notifications for when you have fees emerge, low funds or any billing issues, a billing notification will need to be built out for the desired contact.

How to Setup a Notification

  1. Log into the SIPTrunk.com portal.
  2. Scroll down to the Payment Center section. A pop-up menu will appear. siptrunkbilling1
  3. Select the Billing Notifications option. 
  4. In the available text box, input the desired email addresses.
