Reloading ConnectWise Pods with TimeZest
When using TimeZest with ConnectWise, it has been discovered that the ConnectWise Pods will not always load. While this is an issue that ConnectWise is correcting on their end, the following workaround will make the ConnectWise pods load.
- Hover over the TimeZest Pod.
- Click on the Pod to initiate drag it.
- Move the Pod upwards slightly and release it.
- The ConnectWise Pod will then load.
Third Party ConnectWise Pod Issues
If you are using other third-party integration pods in ConnectWise, we recommend re-pushing the ConnectWise Pods from within 1Stream.
Re-pushing ConnectWise Pods
- Log into the 1Stream Portal.
- Go to the Administration menu.
- Choose the Manage Organization option. The page will refresh.
- Scroll down to the CRM Settings section.
- Click on the Add 1Stream Pods link under the Helper Link Column. A pop-up will appear to confirm that the ConnectWise Pods were added successfully.
