Receiving Emails from 1Stream API

This article will provide insight asto how to change the sender details in emails from the 1Stream API when a ticket is closed in an Integration.

When setting up an integration with the 1Stream platform, tickets will operate based on the set CRM workflow. As the 1Stream platform integrates with CRMs via an API user, ticket actions can cause emails to be received from the 1Stream API user to record the actions made such as tickets being closed. 

Changing the API User

In order to stop the emails from appearing as 1Stream API, the first and last name of the API user can be changed to reflect a different name in the desired CRM Connection.

In addition, you can also change the email address, however, bear in mind that the API User email address is used to authenticate the 1Stream's connection to the desired CRM.
