This article will provide a walkthrough on reassociating calls with contacts in 1Stream

How to Reassociate a Call with a Different Contact

  1. Log into the 1Stream client.
  2. Go to your Call History screen.
  3. Find the Call History record you wish to reassociate.
  4. Click the Edit button to the right of the Contact's name.
     
  5. The Lookup Contact pop-up will appear.
     
  6. Select the contact to be reassociated with this call.
