Pulling API Logs from ConnectWise

This is an internal article that will breakdown how to pull API logs from ConnectWise for troubleshooting.

Pulling ConnectWise API Logs

  1. Log into ConnectWise Manage. 
  2. Go to System.

  3. Go to Members.

  4. Go to the API Members tab.

  5. Go to 1Stream user.
  6. Go to the API Logs tab.

  7. Click on the Debug Mode hyperlinked text.

  8. The Start Debug Mode pop-up will appear.

  9. In the Minutes textbox, type in 5 for the value.
  10. Click the Ok button.
  11. Replicate the issue. 
  12. Repeat steps 1-6 to return to the API Logs tab. 
  13. Click on the Download Logs hyperlinked text.

The API files will download immediately to your browser to provide to the development team.
