Playing Call Recordings in 1Stream

This article will provide a walkthrough on where to locate call recordings in bvoip's 1Stream platform.

1Stream Level Feature Notice

This feature is available for only Core level 1Stream users and up. If you would like this feature to be available, then please reach out to your bvoip Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing. 

Functionality Prerequisite Notice

Call recordings must be activated in the phone system in order to see the call recordings in 1Stream. For a guide on how to activate call recording, please refer to our Adjusting and Accessing Call Recording Settings article

In the 1Stream Web Application

  1. Log into the 1Stream Portal.
  2. Go to the Administration menu.

  3. Choose the Manage Organization option. The page will refresh. 
  4. Select a name or team from the Team/Extension drop-down to search for a specific team or person's call data.
    Note: Setting the drop-down to select will show the entire company's call data. CallRecordingsPlay1
  5. Click on any of the gray boxes at the top of the page or the number in the desired column for the set extension at the bottom of the page. A pop-up will appear with the calls listed for that category.CallRecordingsPlay2
  6. Go to the Play column. CallRecordingsPlay3
  7. Click on the Play button. A pop-up will appear with the recording. CallRecordingsPlay4
  8. Click the Play button to play the recording. 
  9. Click the Done text to close the pop-up.

Want to Download the Recording?

Clicking on the stacked three dots will provide the option to download the call recording. 

In the 1Stream Desktop Application

  1. Log into the 1Stream Desktop Application.
  2. Calls recordings can be located in the call history by phone number. CallRecordingsPlay5
  3. Click on the Play button. A pop-up will appear with the call recording. CallRecordingsPlay6
  4. Click on the Play button to play the recording.
  5. Click on the Done text to close the pop-up.
