Password and MFA Reset Policy

This article clarifies the necessary verification to reset your password through support

Password Reset with Forgot Password

The fastest way to reset your password is to simply click the Forgot pwd? option in the bottom right hand corner of the login screen, and a password reset email will be sent to your address on file.

Password Reset with another Admin

The second fastest way to get your password reset is to work with another administrator of your system to have them reset this for you.

Admins cannot reset each other's MFA codes, so if you need that you'll need to reach out to support.

Reset with Support Verification

We require our team to verify all users before a password or MFA reset takes place. This must be done over the phone, and a verification code will be sent only to the cell phone number and/or email address we already have on file.

Once the PIN is verified by our team, we can assist you in resetting your MFA or password as requested.
