No Access to Support Portal

When attempting to submit a ticket to the support portal from the phone system, some first time users may see an error citing that their email address has not been registered as shown below.
How to Fix Access
In order to correct this, reach out the bvoip support team by phone or email so that access can be granted to the needed users.
