      MSPBots Integration

      This article will provide a walkthrough on linking your environment to MSPBots to analyze your data.

      1Stream Level Feature Notice

      This feature is available for only Core level 1Stream users and up. If you would like this feature to be available, then please reach out to your bvoip Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.

      Generating an API Key

      Datasets are automatically populated within MSPBots via an API key.

      1. Log into the 1Stream Portal.
      2. Go to the Administration menu.

      3. Choose the Manage Organization option. The page will refresh.
      4. Scroll down to the Client API Keys section.crewhu3
      5. Click on the green circled plus button. The Add New Client Access API Key window will appear. 
      6. In the Reference Name field, input MSPBots.
      7. Click the Save button. The API key will be listed. 
      8. Copy the API Key created in 1Stream. 
      9. Log into your MSPBots portal.
      10. Click the Integrations Icon in the navigation pane.

      11. If you selected bvoip as an existing account upon setup, you will see the icon to connect in the Waiting to be Connected section.
        1. If not you did not select bvoip as an existing account upon setup, go to the Other Available Integrations options.
        2. Locate the bvoip button.
        3. Click the bvoip button.
      12. In the API Key field, paste the API Key from 1Stream into the API Key field.SaveandSync
      13. Click the Save And Sync button.
      After a brief sync period, the data will become available to be used in custom widgets and built-in widgets. To get started with creating dashboards, please see the Generating an MSPBots Dashboard article.
