Managed Provisioning Portal Walkthrough
This article introduces the basics of using the Managed Provisioning Portal for bvoip.
Description and URL
The Managed Provisioning Portal is bvoip’s portal that allows the management of the hardware at client locations, similar to how an RMM allows management of PCs. This allows for device updates, backdating firmware, reboots, or re-provisioning all without needing to be on-site.
Note: If you do not have or know your credentials, email support@bvoip.net to request access.
Menu Walkthrough
Upon logging into the Managed Provisioning Portal, the side menu will have the following navigation options:
- Estate: This option will list every device across all clients/tenants.
- Scan In: This option allows for devices to be scanned either individually or in list of devices, after which can then assign the devices to an end client/tenant for provisioning.
- Customers: View the full list of end clients’ tenants.
- Accounts: View the list of user accounts with access to this site.
- Logout: Logout of the Managed Provisioning Portal.
