Making a Call with the Softphone Desktop and Mobile Applications
This article will provide a walkthrough on making a call with the phone system desktop and mobile applications.
Making a Call via the Desktop Application
- Open the softphone desktop application.
- Click on the Dialpad icon.
- The desired phone number can also be typed out in the search box to make the dialpad appear to make the call.
- Click on the numbers to dial the desired number.
- Select the Call button.
Making a Call via the Mobile Application
- Open the Mobile application.
- Click on the Keypad icon.
- Tap the numbers to dial the desired number.
- Select the Call button.
