Initial User Login to the Portal
This article will provide a walkthrough on how to log into the updated bvoip phone portal.
Where to Find Login Details
The login details for the Control Portal can be found in your order email that confirms that your new environment is setup and ready to use.
Can't Find Login Details?
If you are unable to locate the email with the new personalized URL, please contact our support team in order to retrieve it.
Logging in for the First Time
- Go to the URL provided in the new order email.
- Use the username and password provided in the new order email to log in.
- Click the Log In button. After logging in, there will be a prompt to change your password. Once the password has been changed, a prompt to login will appear again.
- Login with your username and the new password.
- Click the Log In button. After logging in, you will be prompted to set up Multi-factor Authentication. You can use the Authenticator of your choice. Once setup, you will be prompted to login one final time.
- Login with your username and the recently set password.
- Input your MFA Code.
- Click the Log In button. You should then be logged into the phone system.
Don't Like Multi-factor Authentication?
If you don't wish to use the standard Multi-factor Authentication, we also offer the option to arrange Microsoft Single Sign-on after the first login.
