Importing New Users from Microsoft 365
This article will provide a walkthrough for importing users into the Control portal from Microsoft 365.
If you are looking to import extension users, please refer to our article on Importing Extension users.
SSO Setup Required
Ensure you've completed the Setup Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On (SSO) article before following this guide.
Importing Users from Microsoft
- Login to the bvoip phone system.
- Go to System > Users on the left hand side.
- Click on the Import Microsoft 365 users button.
- Select the Microsoft 365 account you're synchronizing from.
- Select the Sync User box for each of the Microsoft users who needs to be synchronized.
- Select the SSO enabled box for each of the Microsoft users who will need to use Single Sign-on, if desired.
- Click the Ok button to start importing the users
