Importing Contacts

This article will provide a walkthrough on how to import a contact list in the bvoip phone system.

Importing Contacts 

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Click on the Extensions drop-down menu.
   
3. Go to the Contacts subsection. 
4. Select the Add button.
   
5. In the First Name field, input a name.
6. In the Mobile field, input the related mobile number. 
   
7. Click the Save button.
8. Save the Contact Import Template.
9. Open the Template.
10. Fill in the desired information for each contact to be added. At minimum, A first name and mobile number should be listed for each contact line.
11. Save the .csv file. 
12. Click the Import button. 
13. Select the file to import. 

All contacts have been successfully imported.
