Extensions Icons

This article will provide a walkthrough of the different icons found in the extension section of the bvoip phone system.

What the Icons Mean

There are two different types of icons in the extensions section. The icons found beside the extension number identifies if the extension is licensed or not. The icons underneath the extension number and icon will identify the integrations associated with it as well as identify if it the operator extension. Hovering over the icon will also tell you the label of the icon.

Licensing Based Icons

There are two icons for the licensing assigned to extensions in the bvoip phone system. Hovering over the extension name will give you the 1Stream licensing assigned to the extension.

• Unlicensed User
• Licensed User
• Voicemail / Forwarding Extension

Integration Based Icons

There are a total of FIVE integrations that will reflect on an extension, in addition to the 1Stream User Sync Failure icon.
