Extension Name is Incorrectly Displayed

This article will provide a walkthrough on how to correct the extension's display name shown in the phone system.

Correcting the Extension Displaying Name

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Click on the Extensions deop-down menu.
   
3. Go to the Contacts subsection.
4. Select the Options button. The Contact Options pop-up will appear.
5. Scroll down to the Phonebook Display section.
   
6. In the drop-down, select the First Name, Last Name option.
7. Click the Ok button.
