Emailing Clients in 1Stream
This article will provide a walk through of how to email contacts from the 1Stream browser extension.
Best Practices
As a best practice, we recommend using the ticket functionality to correspond with clients. For information on these functionalities, please see our Ticket Management Section.
The only requirement for emailing clients from 1Stream is that an email address has been set for the desired contact via the CRM integration.
Emailing a Client in 1Stream
- Log into the 1Stream Chrome Extension.
- Pull up a Contact by clicking on the contact name or it will automatically pull up if on a live call.
- Click on the Email button.
- This will open a new Email draft from your designated email client with the contact's email address in the To field. Selection of the preferred application to draft this email may be required.
- Enter the desired text in the Subject and Body fields.
- Click Send.
