E164 Functionality

This article will address where to find the E164 section and its use.

E164 Functionality

The E164 section is intended for the troubleshooting of call rules in the event that the call rules are setup correctly in full but still not operating as intended. Bear in mind, that by default this setting is enabled and shouldn't need to be adjusted with the exception of special setups such as enabling Teams. 

Where to Find the E164 Setting

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Click on the Dashboard drop-down menu.
   
3. Go to the Settings subsection. 
4. Select the e164 Processing icon.
5. Click on the Process E164 Numbers checkbox to disable the setting.
6. Click on the Save button.
