Disabling Voicemail Indicator Light on Polycom Phones

This article will walk through how to disable the voicemail indicator lights on Polycom phones.

Disabling the Message Waiting (Voicemail) Indicator Light

1. Log into the phone's web interface via the IP address in a browser.
2. Click on Settings in the top menu.
3. Select Basic from the drop-down menu.
4. Scroll down to the Indication section.
5. Uncheck the box next to Voicemail.
6. Click Save.

The Message Waiting (Voicemail) Indicator should now be disabled.
