Customizing the Phone System Email Templates

This article will provide a walkthrough on changing the defaulted email templates in the bvoip phone system.

If the default phone system email templates need to be modified or customized, they can be modified at the phone system level and with some HTML knowledge. 

Customizing the Phone System Email Templates

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Click on the Dashboard drop-down menu.
   
3. Go to the Settings subsection.
4. Select the Email box.
   
5. Go to the Email Templates tab.
   
6. Click on the first drop-down to Select a Template to Edit.
7. Edit the From (Display Name) as desired. 
   
8. Edit the Subject as desired.
   
9. Edit the Email Body as desired. 
   
10. Click the Save Changes button.
