Creating A Support Ticket

This article will provide a walkthrough on how to create a support ticket.

Support Tickets can be easily submitted via the bvoip phone system, without needing to remember a URL or Email address. 

Creating a Support Ticket

  1. Log into the bvoip phone system. 
  2. Click on the Information icon. A drop-down menu will appear. 
     
  3. Click on the Support option in the drop-down menu. 
  4. Select the Contact Support option on the side menu. vupgrade3
  5. Click on the New button to open a ticket. 
  6. Select the desired category. 
  7. Select the desired form. 
  8. Fill out the form. 
  9. Click the checkbox to agree to the bvoip terms and conditions.
  10. Click the Submit button. 
The ticket will then be submitted to our support team to process. Any updates on the status will be provided via email as the ticket is processed.
