Compatible Devices
This article will provide insight on purchasing devices to use with the bvoip phone system.
Where to Purchase Recommended Devices
- Log into the bvoip phone system.
- Go to the Shop section.
- Select the BVOIP STORE -US option.
Our partner store will be available to assist with purchasing devices that are compatible with the bvoip phone system.
Does bvoip Fill the Orders?
bvoip does not fill the orders. Our partner store forfills every order and will communicate with you via email with shipping updates.
Are The Phone Pre-provisioned?
The phones in our partner store do not come pre-provisioned. They will need to be provisioned once received.
Using Current Phones
If there are phones that are already in your possession and you wish to utilize those phones, we recommend ensuring that the devices meet the following criteria:
- The phone is not coded to solely be provisioned to another provider.
- The phone is factory reset in full.
- The phone must be listed as a bvoip supported device. If you are unsure if the device is supported, please see our Phones and Equipment page to verify the make and model.
